Advertising in the building entrance, where people look

Quartiero shows your campaign on touch screens in the entrances of Swiss apartment buildings, right beside the property-management notices. You choose the neighbourhoods, we measure reach and clicks, and you pay for what actually lands.

Ask a question

You find the prices by device-days further down. Your campaign's band depends on the neighbourhoods you choose.

Touch screen in a building entrance, on the left the property-management notices, on the right a running ad for a summer promotion with 20 percent off grills and garden furniture and a QR code to take away.
This is where and how your ad runs, in the ad zone next to the building info, with a QR code to take away.

This is how your ad looks on the screen

The screen splits into two areas. On the left run the property-management notices such as house rules and the waste calendar, on the right the ad zone with campaigns in rotation. Your ad sits next to content that residents look at every day anyway.

Ad zone on the right

Your campaign runs in rotation, clearly visible next to the building info.

QR take-away

Interested residents take your offer straight to their phone via the QR code.

Touch tab

A tap on the ad opens more, and every click is counted as engagement.

On the screen in three steps

The path from booking to a running campaign stays short.

Create the campaign

In the ad portal you upload your creative and use tags to pick the city or a single neighbourhood that fits you.

Approval by Quartiero

We review every campaign, as a rule within 2 to 3 working days, so the screens stay clean and the buildings accept the advertising.

Playout and reporting

Your ad runs in the chosen time window, and you see anonymous figures for the reach and clicks of your campaign.

Why Quartiero for local advertising

Exactly the buildings that fit

With tags you aim the campaign at a city, a neighbourhood or specific device groups. That way a local business reaches its own area and pays almost nothing for waste.

Provable impact

A presence sensor measures how often your ad was shown to someone actually standing in front of the screen, and the touch layer counts every click. When someone scans the QR code and takes your offer to their phone, it counts as a take-away, the strongest signal of real intent. You see your campaign's performance as numbers rather than an estimate.

Pay by what is measured

Billing runs on your campaign's reach and clicks, not on a rigid poster price across a whole city. Your budget goes where people actually look.

A checked environment

Every campaign passes our approval before it runs. Your ad appears in a well-kept setting that residents take seriously.

Formats and structure

Your content can be text in Markdown or HTML, with headings, text and embedded images, or a single medium on its own: an image (JPG or PNG), a multi-page PDF where the pages flip, or a short video that autoplays muted. To a text piece you can also add attachments, such as a PDF or an image, shown below as a tap-to-open link. For each piece of content you set a time window from when to when it is visible. That way a promotion fits precisely into its running period.

Measurement without personal data

The counting is fully anonymous and complies with the revised Swiss data protection act. The sensor registers movement only, the touch layer only whether a click happened, with no camera and no resident login. You receive purely anonymous, aggregated figures per campaign.

Frequently asked questions

What does a campaign cost?

On the pricing page you find the prices by device-days, one monthly price per band without and with video. The network is still growing, so not every neighbourhood is available yet; you see that when you create the campaign in the ad portal.

How quickly does my ad go live?

After you create it, we review the campaign, as a rule within 2 to 3 working days. It then runs in the time window you chose.

Where exactly does my ad appear?

In the ad zone on the right of the entrance screen, next to the property-management notices. With tags you decide which city or neighbourhood the screens are in.

What data do I get about my campaign?

You see anonymous, aggregated values for reach, clicks and take-aways. No personal data is created in the process, and the measurement stays within the revised Swiss data protection act.

Can I use my existing creative?

Yes. Image, multi-page PDF and short video are supported. You are responsible for the content of your ad, and we review it before playout.

Ready for your first campaign?

Create your campaign directly in the ad portal, or write to us first with your questions about the neighbourhoods. We will get back to you.
